Put the kettle on!

Meditation....mmm not for me, I don't have time, maybe tomorrow...! If this has been your mantra, then this recording is for you.


Think about this, in the time it takes to make a cup of tea, we can reduce stress hormones, strength our nervous system and improve memory function. If we made this 'cup of tea' everyday, in just one month we will have built new connections in the brain, ones that spark peace, calm and joy. Imagine that!


No flowery stuff, no long introductions, no life changing commitments, just straight into the moment where you can pause, connect, relax and go again.
